I have received cashback regarding my previous cashback but somehow not able to transfer to my bank account… It says YOU HAVE NOT CROSSED THE THRESHOLD LIMIT OF 250 AND HENCE YOU WOULD NOT ABLE TO Request Payment would anyone tell me what is this?

That message is for your regular cashback.
For this campaign you need not to worry. You will get cashback in your bank account directly even if the amount is less than 250.
