I also chatted with customer care twice and was confirmed I will receive 3000 worth voucher.

There is only a small addition that I have purchased 1 year onsite warranty along with above washing machine order that makes my total order value Rs. 10469.

Had word with CC for same error, he told me that you will not be able to order this product because it only accept FREE SHIPPING but your address does not come in acceptable free shipping area, i told him its not even allowing me to change methods and i dont mind paying for shipping. but he keep saying your address is not eligible for free shipping.. wait for while and try ordering after some time when other shipping methods are available.
