don’t buy… I got these product in earlier deal… very thin body.. too low weight… veste of money… u will definitely regret after getting d product… only photos of product are looks good on peperfry.

this information not exist on peperfry.. else who will buy..

Their CS is awful, one of my friends just placed an order but after reading the reviews decided to cancel.
For cancellation you need to chat with their CS, who told her she could cancel with a 5% penalty(even thought it had been only 20 mins after placing order) since item was confirmed and if they had shipped it cancellation would be with 20% of penalty on order cost.

On enquiring about return if product quality is inferior CS informed products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged or dimensions are not matching

So after hearing about this excellent cancellation policies, she vowed not to ever order from them and take the 5% hit and asked CS to cancel, guess what the CS had already closed the chat and asked to provide feedback, So in addition to the awesome cancellation policies you get to enjoy their friendly CS as well !

Now I understand why they are referred to as pottyfry in DD

If anyone has star bazaar nearby, go & ask them about offer of Surya cookers. The set contains 4 cookers of 1, 2, 3 & 4 litre capacity with two outer lids.
MRP is 2200, but star bazaar is offering product @1095. Product is good, comes with warranty & u can handle cookers & see for urself before purchasing.
