May be..I have 3 Payback cards and I used 2 of the 3. I had received email only for 1 but received points for both cards. I also enquired at Central and they said it is for everyone as they put up offer banners near checkout and customer help desk in Central.

Redeem them on eBay, at Central or Mobikwik. The conversion ratio is same at all merchants. 1 pt = 25 paise.

Rest u can pay by cash or credit/debit card. Or u can redeem extra points too if u want to – that is upto u.
And no, u cannot load Payback card with Cash or anything else.

@ros_guy If your payback card is linked to a specific category of icici credit card (Rubyx card for example), then the points can be redeemed for cash which is credited directly to your card. Conversion ratio is 4 pts = Rs 1.
