I used Redbus for the first time and very bad experience.

I booked a ticket three times using freecharge wallet money and each time the transaction failed, even though I had more than 1000 rupees in my wallet. Finally , I had to book directly using Credit card on redbus website.

More than 8 days gone, still I have received refund for only one transaction
