have used this personally post my surgery…. this is excellent exercise to strengthen lungs, improve breathing …this is helpful specially after some surgery when breathing patterns get disturbed.. and a good breathing pattern is must for your body.

bought thus 8 months back for sone 130 on SC. price is not the point. yoga deep breating is different from this. you need to use lung pressure hard to use it. Once reached 60% yoga can take over
people who have bought ut has to functions. push and pull. while upright you have to exhale at full pressure and when used inverted you have to inhale at full pressure.

post surgery is important but most important is for asthama patients who inheritly have lung capacity of just 40%.
