There’s a bug in the Zoomcar payment system. Lets say you paid 750 charges + 5000 deposit via PayTM.
You receive the 300 cashback in your account.
Then they refund you the 5000 deposit and take back the 300 cashback because its considered that the amount has been refunded hence you didn’t avail the deal. When you actually availed it already and it was only the deposit which was refunded.
This happened with me when I paid with PayUmoney and the Rs.150 cashback which I got was taken back when I received the refund of Rs.5000, I called them and asked why did it got removed, they said because you have received a refund.

Can you share any Zoomcar coupons and promos currently available?
I know of first 4 hours free (first booking) and PayTM 300 CB, dunno if they can be used in conjunction.
