ohh i just paid bsnl landline bill with “FC5” but never mind i got cashback of 27 & Its 30…so its jusr 3 Rs….

Even after 3 days BSNL bill is not settled by freecharge. Not sure who is at fault

1 is for typing account no.
2 is for landline no.
3 is for selecting individual or corporate.

Which account no. They are asking for ? I dint understand

I do not see bsnl landline option both in app and website. which category does it fall under. please help.

i hve never paid landline bill via freecharge. how can i pay as there is no option available to pay landline bill. It only shows mobile, dth, metro and data card

In app select more options in there you will find metro datacard landline and gas options. In Latest version of freecharge

I paid the bill on Nov 9 but it’s still not reflecting in my BSNL account.

So If your due date is near then pls don’t choose freecharge.
Please be sure you pay atleast a week before your due date.

it was diwali holiday .thats why its taken time
