In pocket, for my first transaction it is asking valid from and date of birth.
(1) Should we enter valid from or valid up to date ?
(2) What is the DOB? I never provided it to pocket.
I have already entered wrong detail two times and I have only one chance left.

EDIT : @VaibhavJain In previous post, I found my answers. But it’s the same as I was entering and It still said wrong credentials. Even on chat, ICICI chap said that one I entered didn’t match. I have also SS .

Bro in pocket you can not create account with out entering DOB. So Pocket asking DOB for first transaction.

You can not see any where. You should remember your self what did u enter when you registered pocket. And also pocket cc will not help you in DOB regard.

You can not see any where. You should remember your self what did u enter when you registered pocket. And also pocket cc will not help you in DOB regard.

I remember. Actually I confirmed it on pocket itself (thanks to @VaibhavJain previous post) but it is still saying wrong.

Yeah I got to know the correct date from your previous post. But CC still said that it was wrong and then we played a little game in which I was supposed to call out date,month and year one by one and she would answer just Yes or No. So finally I have my wrong and correct DOB. I was able to create 3D secure PIN using wrong DOB but on freechage, transactions are failing. Hope it works after some time.

dude i faced the same problem , its the dob that it shows is in mm/dd/yyyy format thats why u r getting it wrong , when it asks ur dob it asks in universal format dd/mm/yyyy
