Beware of MagicPin. They are frauds. I tried purchasing FreshMenu voucher twice and both times the transaction failed. The money got added to MagicPin’s wallet. Now, I am unable to use the money in the wallet. On contacting the customercare, I got the following response
Dear user , please note that in order to redeem your wallet points , you should have atleast one successful transaction. This is very easy as you just need to submit your selfie while from any food outlet across Delhi-NCR along with relevant bill image. Once your transactions gets approved, you can then successfully redeem your wallet points .
You can not use your wallet money until you complete one successful transaction through MagicPin App . We can not process refunds in account .
So, please be careful before doing any transaction in MagicPin.
It’s strange… I checked out the wallet page today and I see the 120 rupees coupon is gone and only 180 rupees coupon is shown.
Does anyone know if the coupons still work in June?
