There is no option as such. All you need to do is clear that amount and then put your amount (which should be greater than your bill amount)

I was told in another DD post that Paytm takes only the bill amount and return the remaining amount deducting the cashback that they already paid. Have you paid in advance? So if you pay 500 and get 100 CB for a bill amount of 295, you will get Rs.105 back and only 295 will be paid. There is no discount if you do this way.
Is it valid on Idea and Voda postpaid mobile bill payment?
Post says its valid and then says it’s not. Was that specific to Airtel postpaid only?

No just tried once. I tried in BSNL Landline, the remaining amount will be adjusted in the next bill. No idea about other operators.
