Offer terms are confusing. Minimum purchase value 1500, does that mean including the double value of payback points or before that.

Offer is that you need to make a minimum purchase of Rs 1500 from BB, FB or FBB to avail this payback offer.

Suppose you make purchase of Rs 1500 from BB and you have 500 points in your payback card then while redeeming it your value will double from 500 to 1000.
So your 500 points which is worth Rs 125 will get doubled to Rs 250 like wise 1000 points which is Worth Rs 250 will be doubled to 2000 points or Rs 500.

While there is no minimum redemption limit for payback point but your order Value needs to be Rs 1500.

Hope this clears the doubts now.

3) say you have 2000 payback points equivalent to Rs 500/-

BTW looks like Dimers killed payback . I was able to access my account on the app earlier this morning but now getting error message.

I just called big bazaar and they told me that its for select customers who have received sms via payback

I availed it in Chennai. I didn’t receive any sms/communication from payback. Redeemed 3200 points for 1600. seems valid for everyone. Avail it in remaining hrs as the offer closes today.
