if atleast RECHARGE fails bcoz of Paytm, than atleast Paytm should give the benifit of OFFER. this way they r cheating customerS By taking away money from our bank and putting it in paytm wallet so that it can be used only at Paytm.

Same here. I got so frustrated that I clicked on the refund for the failed transaction. Might take 5-10 days.
