Planned to create Ebike in my free time from cycle, so need one good suspension based bicycle (something like mountain bike), hope i get one from this.

Ebike details :
BLDC (brushless dc motor) hub motor + controller + throttle + battery, just outlined not created whole diagram.

Get the project started and get the whole hub and circuit ready then buy the cycle if thats the intension.

I know few engg. Students building one for their project and had been banging their head to get all circuit in place.

Main thing in the project is controller, i planned to create own from circuit diagrams in internet, if we finish the correct controller successfully means, we can do anything

hub motor → available, we can buy from motor manufacturer (if you’re going to develop ebike means, please use 2000 w (or above) motor atleast, because that give wide range of control and 50 mph (80 kmph) possible )
battery →> Lipo batteries are available, 5000 mAH x 2 battery is enough for project.
throttle —>> available.
Controller ==>> this is what every guys struck, because its not like fan with regulator, as more current control (with this circuit nearly 40A + flow)
