The annual membership to Spice Club (the “Product”) is available for purchase by way of making a payment of INR 599/- (w.e.f. 22nd March 2016) per person, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

- Tickets issued as per the subscription benefit hereunder shall be non-changeable; but cancellable, as per the applicable terms of carriage at the time of such cancellation request. * Customers travelling on such discounted tickets may be asked to present their valid government-issued identity cards at the check-in counter, which shall reflect the respective dates, in respect whereof the benefit is being claimed. no u can’t get free tickets by providing any date other than ur birthdate ….u have to provide a valid government Id card with ur birthrate on it at the time of check in …otherwise u hve to pay the differential amount.

Yes u must carry your marriage certificate with u as they will definitely ask for the same during check-in process at airport
If u will carry no proof then u will need to bear full cost of air ticket by paying difference amount at airport.
