I have setting with the guy who works in peppertap and gets all the items from the local mart to be delivered to customer
I whatsapp him the order ids and he makes sure I get the packs with the paytm offer only
And still if packs without the offer comes I sell them to local shopkeepers in that case

Yes. Only Amazon.in GCs are excluded from the cashback. Other items in the gift cards category, including Big Bazaar GVs should be eligible for cashback. Axis and Woohoo cards are perhaps two other exceptions.

To make sure there are no issues in the future, just do a quick chat with Amazon customer care, get them to confirm this, and keep an email record of the chat transcript.
