Nothing against the deal.

But for me this is worst website and mobile application I had ever used.

I created account is 2014 , but had never recharged nor downloaded mobile app. Today for first time I downloaded their app. As per terms and conditions the coupon is valid for first time recharge/ bill payment on app.

But it is showing code is expired.

On contacting their customer care, they are saying that I am previous user. There terms conditions are so helpless. Even in that case they should say that the code is not applicable for me.

As per terms it is for first time recharge/ bill payment on app. They simply do not want to have differentiation in website and app.

When i tried to take my money back, it is demanding conveyance charges.:twisted:
