it is one of the best Garment steamers available. It is good for delicate clothes. I purchased it for embellished clothes. I have delicate clothes with zardozi, mirror work etc. It looks best. I have to be very careful ; infact cannot press the clothes with handwork on it. It keeps them new. It is best for the sarees , silken clothes and salwar kameez

According to user guide, filling water from filter, hanging cloths in vertical , I experienced following problems
steam will be available for 1 second in 3-4 minutes, & even not sufficient, each 2 minutes steam gun getting blocked even using filtered water. so each time you have to de-attach steam gun and blow air with your mouth. steam is flowing out through the vent provided for water drain hole not through steam gun.

amazing for all kinds of clothes

Worthless
The concern is product. Continue water drops while ironing. Also it's auto switched off even bit increase in temperature. Don't buy this brand.
